Question about intercoolers

Do dents at the bar rows of the core of the PRL intercooler affects perfomance I Notice over the time it has caught some dents from driving and getting impact from chiprocks?

If you have dents and such that have bent the metal and restrict the flow of air then yes, that will adversely effect the ability of the inter-cooler to cool. It may be an infinitesimal effect but is none the less a detrimental effect. Maybe you can get in there with a tool and straighten it out a bit, couldn't hurt to try if you are very careful.
