Its been about two weeks now since I had my car lowered, but upon steering my wheel today I heard a weird noise low pitched screetch noise. Did my cv boot tear or something like that? I went to a reputable shop to have someone install it.

Gone through the whole thread. I see a lot eibach pro kit users though im personally inclined towards skunk2. While I’m clear on camber kit requirement, could anyone clarify why spacers are required? Can I do without them? Stock 17” RS wheels.

For OEM offset(wheel), installing wheels spacers can improve wheel fitment and can also ruin the geometry of your car. If you are going to plan to upgrade your wheel sometimes later, save the money as you can choose a new offset(wheel) to improve the wheel fitment as well.

Don't have any plans to change the wheels. The OEM wheels that come with this car are 17x7j ET45 if I remember correctly. Do you reckon I'll need spacers if I drop the car on skunk2 lowerings? Reference pic attached.

I would run 25mm spacers if I were you.

How's the ride quality? Have you had any issues? Do you hear any noises? How's it feel when you pack the car with people? Is there rub when you have 4 people in your ride?

ride is great. a bit stiffer than stock but not jarring. it rides pretty much exactly how i wanted it. (could use some stiffer roll bars though)
no issues as of yet.
no noises at all.
i havent had a full load of people yet but with 3 in the car there were no problems.
i'm on stock wheel/tires so it doesnt rub. come springtime i'll be getting new wheels/tires so i expect i'll have to bend in the fender tab.

Sorry to bug but do you have any pics of you ride. I've seen some on the thread but still not enough.

Weak offset and width I know lol.
But I prefer this look more than the aggressive style.
