That is exactly what it seems like. However, I am not sure who is next to go up on the chain? He is the general used car sales manager of the dealership. Also, if cars are really sold as is then he may be doing me a favor by attempting to contact Honda. The windshield may be the replaced windshield may be the issue. That would be an as-is problem right? If you or anyone can provide any insight to who you would go to next that would help.
Maybe contact honda directly? Probably wont do anything, but since you only have 22k miles it couldn't hurt. Or go back to the sales manager and try to work out some deal to get them to cover at least some cost. If they're still wishy-washy there's always threatening to leave bad reviews.

My understanding is that any change in windscreens require recalibration. I'm hoping that's all you need.

I do have a silly idea though, call someone like Safelite window repair and see if they can take care of your problem?

Ideally the goal was to get the calibration done for free. So, I can't imagine Safelite to do it for me.

This was the goal. He was going to have his "Friend" at the Honda dealership do the calibration for me.

I was going to leave bad reviews but it just seems so futile.

They care a lot about reviews and papa Acura cares too.

I'm not a fan of bad reviews but then you seem to have put in a lot of effort to make this right.

I'd probably be at the stage of a bad review as well.
