Clickbait... I seriously wrecked my Honda.

Bought it Oct 12 and got T-boned Oct 15. Just over $17k in damages and 2 months of repairs.
With that much damage, I'm surprised it wasn't totaled out. My roomie wrecked his '18 EX-T coupe after he hit the end of a jersey barrier with the front passenger side of his car while travelling 75MPH. Insurance totaled it and he got himself a 2020 sport hatch with the payout. I convinced him to buy a Honda, and that accident sold him on Honda as a brand after he walked away with only a mild abrasion on his shoulder.

Well, the quote I was given was $14,987. It wasn't until I picked the car up that the paper work said $17,325.88. Guessing by the time the price got there, the car was near complete. Insurance told me it'd be totalled at $17,500, but that was when the earlier quote was given.

On the bright side, I walked away with only a few burns from the airbags, some soreness, and some tightness. Nothing else. Also had no payment. Insurance covered 100% and my rates only go up 10% ($12) for me.
