The longly anticipated Mugen LED rear lamp kit has just landed. First impressions, very tasty! I will be installing on Friday and will have plenty of information, photos and videos of the lights in action.

you know whats more annoying then no pictures, pictures so worthless you can't see anything of merit, at least take them out of the boxes and take the plastic off.

so I should have to do work because the OP was lazy?
I am not lazy. I am just giving you a taster of what is to come. Over the next 48 hours there will be more photos and videos of the lights on and off my Civic. Best things come to those who wait!

I am eagerly awaiting those pictures and videos as I just got my 2020 Civic Hatch Sport Plus (also EU spec) and I'm really interested in these.

Can't believe people are paying good money for those lights, they look so tacky in my opinion.
I'll be honest... I like tacky! I'm going with a theme on my Civic, so they'll fit perfectly. To each their own, except adding a Type-R badge, that's a no-no and after reading the replies on a thread I started and other threads I do agree with the general opinion of adding a Type-R badge to a car that isn't one

Welcome to another Euro Civic owner. I would be happy to share my modifying journey and also photos/videos and the knowledge I have accumulated on my way!

If my civic had these Mugen lights from factory, and someone offered the current OEM-shaped lights after market, then I would want to switch.

These new lights don't so much look tacky as they look common and unremarkable, while the OEM lights look different. Different among other cars, not among other civicx of course. So if the goal is to have a civic that looks different from other civicx, but more like some other cars, then it may make sense.

Shutterstock appreciated the photogenic beauty of the OEM civicx lights: they pop up first:

Aftermarket lights can though throw off the automatic law enforcement systems, if you want to go incognito at night:

interesting! To me the Mugen ones look a bit more futuristic, which fits with the theme I'm going for, but you're right, the Mugen ones do loose the LED "boomerang" shape the light makes on the OEM ones. Still in return you get those milky red lights (they defuse the light form the LEDs really well) which to me personally looks great on any car.

so it's a pointless "teaser" thread, then wait till you have good photos, don't waste peoples time posting worthless pictures, wait till you have those other pictures and create the thread then.
Bruh, chill.

Also, I wish these lights came for the sedan as well, I'd order them in a heartbeat.
