Just a heads up. Costco will have $150 off Michelin tires from 11/22 - 12/2/2019. Ignore the diamond bracelet, LOL.

Are these actually good deals rather than going to a place like Discount Tire or Big O?

You can price match at your local Discount Tire/America’s Tire to save a few bucks and faster service. YMMV.

Costco here in Canada has refused to change tires if the ones I bought from them don't match the size indicated on my door sticker.
I have a set of 15" steel rims that I use for winter tires, my door sticker says I needed 16"ers on my '12 LX and 17"era on my '16 EX-T.
They wouldn't do it for either car.
I go elsewhere for installation on the rims

if the reduced savings is worth it for you at Costco, then it's all good. But definitely not for me.

My local Costco did -1 for me, no questions asked.
Installed 16” winter tires on 16” steelies on my OE 17” equipped Touring.

That’s great, I wish they would have for me.
I had to load up my new tires (and old rims) and head to a tire store.
(Bonus though, 6 dollars/tire cash for mount and balance.)
