You DID get a Fit! Once you said the horsepower specs I knew it was one of two...Done planning and got a more efficient used car over last weekend. Something practical/cheap that I can wring it out on public streets. It's zippy after changing out to +1 Indy 500 tires and dropping in an K&N filter. But insurance costs twice as much as a Civic! Can't win 'em all.
Still heavily debating whether to put up the CTR and or MX-5 for sale or keep as garage queen; every time I take her out I fear of door dings and road rash, not fun having to constantly worry about a car (less so with the MX-5 but not as practical). I want a car I can beat (worry-free with the Fit). YMMV. Wife also has a regular 1.5T Civic for daily commute.
After having two accidents it kind of makes me not as paranoid about it anymore. Still, I'm waiting for some ass to dent my door or whatnot, but trying to keep it all perfect is... well, it ain't perfect, but that don't take away from driving itevery time I take her out I fear of door dings and road rash, not fun having to constantly worry about a car
It's hard to imagine my next vehicle, because willingly parting with this car is difficult right now. I will say the Kona EV has piqued my interest to get in on the electric revolution... but seeing as how I have no charging equipment I'm in no rush. TLX Type S looks cool too but I doubt i can afford that.
