Lots of Engine knock at idle

So this is an issue with the car, whether or not the tune caused a failure, it is not a tuning issue considering its still happening on factory map.

I flashed back to stock and same issue. I notice with AC on, the knock is substantially less almost normal. With AC off, it'll idle and pre-detonate. Most it's misfires with cylinder 2 and 4.

I'm at 67K miles, original spark plugs. I have been thinking about changing them out recently. I will attach logs if someone can please help me find what's wrong. Thank you.

Seems like some kind of ignition issue. Perhaps try new plugs, check the coil packs.
