Hi, I'm in the 'planning to get one' market, and have just been a participant on the boards because the car interests me. Have I said or done anything to offend? I've test driven a few Type R's, I'm familiar with the lackluster infotainment / head unit. That also isn't some dark secret on the boards either, with so many people working to improve things with speaker changeouts and hacking the head unit.

For not owning the car, I sure know a lot though huh? I guess being an enthusiast, is, and should always be, enough.
Interesting. you don't own one but leave nasty replies to others who do or have like myself. You tell others they don't know anything that did or do own the car yet defend your "knowledge" because you are an "enthusiast" and that should be enough.

Autotrader has some 252 used Type Rs nationwide listed with all but 4 over 30k resale with the mean around 34K its astounding to see that after 3 years some of these cars have only lost 6K in total value i see these Rs only appreciating in value.
Unless you have an accident in which case rip that value.

I was waiting 3 months for Honda to announce the 2020s before deciding to buy a 19 or 20. I got tired of waiting and bought a 19.

I leave nasty replies?

I'm honeslty perplexed here, what have I ever done to you or anyone else here? I laughed at one guy one time for his attitude and overpriced sale price for a type R - that's it. I believe the only thing I offered to you at one point was advice to drop your mustang vs type R thread because it was a dead end and you were making things worse and worse as time went on. I guess sorry I tried to help you end the pain there?

Outside of that I've been a positive contributing member of a board related to a car that interests me. I have never derided the platform, trolled anyone, and have just been complimentary - even comparing it favorably to my M2 on numerous occasions. I've learned more than most about a car that I don't even own, as I believe I may one day own one.

Then I start a thread about news on the 2020 and you have to come infect it with your presence (you burned your bridges here, you should just move on or make a new user account since you have completely sunk your history of good will) - and now you're bagging on me?

Lol.

You are hyper sensitive about your Mustang, not sure why, it's a commodity car which you knew when you got it. Why don't you go hang out on a boring Ford board where 99% of the threads are about build quality and issues with the platform? Sounds fun! Based on how you interact here - Nobody wants you here anymore but you stick around like some lost puppy because at the end of the day = your Mustang and the associated 'community' is boring, stale, and has been there forever (I know, I listed my Mustang heritage which exceeds your own by a significant margin)

So please, get gone, and stay gone. Thanks for chiming in though I hope I have cleared up any misconceptions you had about me, and about my current (and everyone else's) opinion of YOU.

Cheers!

See you dont think this is a nasty reply? this is how you reply to anything I post. One I am not hypersensitive about the mustang. I actually bought it because I dont care. I dont even wash it. I was tired of the manual and also the worrying about the the R and every little scratch. To me the Mustang is just a car I can take it or leave it. I didn't burn any bridges. I made posts and continued to make posts. That were In my opinion informative and I got plenty of likes and positive comments. but you and about 4 other people on here are determined to attack any post I make and turn it into an argument and then blame me. I wont just sit by and take it. But even then I am still respectful and not insulting in my replies unlike you and the others. Anyway enjoy your not owning a type R and feeling you belong but anyone else that doesnt should not talk. Reply if you want but I wont answer you any more. and Im not leaving I have just as much right to be here as you.

You're a complete weirdo I've not been one to attack you at all - and tried to help you. To act all surprised to be responded to when you started this little tiff in this thread is laudable.

Whatever issues you have, maybe go talk to them about it? You have some persecution complex that I'm ill equipped to deal with.

Here is a SIMPLE solution - you can easily identify my name - If you see a thread or post I make =- MOVE ON

There you go - solved in one.

And just by the way - sensitive sally - this quote in this thread, from me, was me trying to be light hearted and joking around with a fellow enthusiast that you would be back to a Type R.

Have you started a countdown when you will be getting another Type R? Mustang must be a bit boring if your'e still bouncing around here
How triggered of a snowflake do you have to be to start in on me over this? LOL - Not sensitve - indeed
