This happened to a Suzuki I once owned, they replaced the light unit on the spot under warranty. They should be completely sealed. Unless the moisture was in there when manufacturing and temp changes cause it to show.

Probably shouldn't be. If it was sealed it might explode when sitting in the direct sunlight. The enclosed air would expand building pressure internally until something broke.

Also where you install/remove bulbs is not air tight.

So anytime there's a temperature change there's back and forth movement of air into the fixture.

The moisture problem described above is a function of the configuration of the lighting fixture. There's no obvious easy outlet for the moisture trapped up high in the flat area of the fixture. If it sits out in the sun for awhile it should warm the internal air and the moisture will gradually be evacuated over time.

I discovered this as well on my NOT even a year old 2018 HB.
