Hidden Gem of Automotive Podcasts - Collecting Cars by Chris Harris

If you're into any form of automotive journalism, the name Chris Harris is familiar to you. Chris gained huge popularity the last decade as he has been captivating audiences with his driving prowess in YouTube videos - that's the extent to what I knew about him until now.

Just recently I stumbled on a YouTube channel, Collecting Cars, with Chris Harris as the main host, and co-hosted by Edward Lovett who's also a notable Porsche collector. The duo has brought on guests such as Harry Metcalfe, David Clark, Andrew Frankel, and many other automotive figures who've been writing about cars or been important figures in motorsports for longer than most of us even had our driving licenses (or even born!)

If you're into the latest YouTuber/Influencer trend (I bought a new car this week, Clickbait Troll!!!), don't bother watching these as they'll bore you. If you're the type of guy that enjoys mechanical watches, old school racing, and pub banter that's also somewhat intelligible then you will absolutely love this channel!

Ive watched Chris in the early days, a kindof fix for the next Top Gear series to begin. And ever since followed him, even watched the new Top Gear series with him. Good cat and very knowledgeable.

And yes still a fan of the Grand Tour.
