How do you have a Type R with single zone climate control in Maryland?

Pretty sure that's OEM. Scroll down for an interior shot.

Only English speaking countries get the awful Android based HU.
You are right. I have Apple CarPlay in my system.

What material you're using?
Probably SS or Ti as they both have far lower thermal conductivity than Al (they'll both still get hot/cold, but at a slower rate than Al). Duracon and leather tend to have far lower thermal conductivities than any metal (leather being better than Duracon).

Original equipment. Have used from 20f to 100f with no problems.

I just went back to stock too from a skunk2 knob. I actually find the oem ball shape more comfortable. I do miss the weight of the skunk. I'll be ordering this knob. Same size as oem but heavier.

I'm using the OEM again. Had a Delrin one for a while. Planning to make an acrylic one soon.

Honestly, OEM aluminum feels really good after using Delrin all summer. Fall weather is nice too

I'm using the "Fat Boy" imitation Hebi Bebi that I had on my Z. I tapped the knob from 10m x 1.25 to 1.5 and it's perfect. It's really short now and more like the Z I drove for so long. I'd really rather have the real thing but 300+ is a little much.

Do you know how hot something like that might get in the summer? I see it's SS which will get hot, but has a much lower thermal conductivity than Al, it's also coated though which can affect how "hot" it gets depending on how thick the coating is. I still feel like the stock knob is the best feeling knob when it comes to shift feel.
