I'm in for updates as well!

Here some updates on my car ;

For the brakes i bought as may you know AP racing pro 5000R but it was without Caliper Brackets and Disc bells so we custom build it on CNC for my car .

About the engine ;

Here is the thing i was thinking to buy the rod bearing like ACL and put it but when i see the rods which came out from the car there was numbers on side side of the rods like 2 of them has number 2 the other 2 has number 3 ,

so i decided to measure the all the things i can like crankshaft , rods , engine block

so i saw that oem rods have diameter difference between them like ;

number 1 rod has 51.000 - 51.006 mm number 2 has 51.006-51.012 and it goes like that ,

the problem is Saenz rods have same diameter 51.0010 so that the crankshaft has difference between cylinders i was trying to calculate which rod bearings to buy to get the Type-R's manual btw i give you a info from manual the rod bearing clearance is 0.035 - 0.066 mm

so i try to get around 0.045-0.050 mm clearance .

There is like 7 colors of rod bearings for our car but no body knows and there is no info also on manual about the rod bearings thickness

so i calculated and i bought 8 pink 2 red and 2 white bearings i know i need 8 but i wanted to measure the thickness of the different color bearings and if i calculated something wrong so i can use

Btw i bought high flow injectors and high pressure fuel pump from 4piston and it is arriving next week thanks to Luke for his help and experiences

we have build the the turbo manifold a little long because i want to put the westgate on it so i can get better westgate position and response .

the project is going on now i ordered the bearings today i hope in 10 days they'll arrive and i'll build and close the engine .

while i'm waiting the bearings we'll custom build the downpipe , intercooler pipes and for the air filter pipes i have a suprise i mean we are not sure if is going to but we are thinking to change the position of the filter like to the right downside of the car like the place of the right fog light

Btw i putted the OEM exhaust housing pic if you can see it has smaller housing then ass lol i believe that it can be one of the heating issues .

Well it is taking a lot more work and a lot more time then i predict but it is going good
