Mudflaps loose screw.

I just installed the OEM mudflaps last night myself ( Bad idea if you don't have a way to take off the wheels..). And the top screw of a front one goes on and off fine except when screwing down it doesn't catch or stop eventually, it just spins.

Is there any way to make this stay fully tight, like a locktite type compound?
