Hello fellow Type R ladies and gents, finally got my car tuned after running the Hondata flex fuel map for a couple months. Wish I did this sooner, the car feels/runs a lot better. Definitely a night and day difference!

Mod list:
PRL Catted DP
PRL intercooler
Mishimoto intake
HKS legamax
Hondata Flashpro
Sirimoto Flexfuel kit

344 WHP 345 TQ on E30

That's good to hear, I was expecting more lol. Guess that's why they call it "heartbreaker" Dyno.

Nice! But torque curve takes a nasty dip at about 3700 rpm.

See if your tuner will give you a Dyno sheet showing AFR so we can see what it looks like between 3400 & 4100 rpm because you also have a dip in your horsepower curve in that same area.

He just has two peaks and a trough in between and you’re missing the first peak otherwise your chart has a dip around the same rpm too.. on one of the torque curves.

Doesn’t look as bad cuz you’re missing the first peak.

Dips like that are usual caused by timing issues( retarding due to temps or hitting a limit in a table), logs of actual Lambda and timing will explain all. Could also be knock due to inaudible detonation.

Im no honda expert but vtech kicks in much higher in the rpm curve no?

And i am not agreeing with previous post either, just saying that vtech at <4000rpm yo?

If i had to take a guess its initial boost spike related. If you have virtual dyno you could log some pulls and plot boost under torque/hp curves to disprove or confirm and see whats going on. I wouldnt be concerned.
