Ok, so I had d2 springs and I didn't like the way they sat. So I raised my car up higher by getting these sport lines. After the install my rear is bouncy as shit and my rally armor mud guards always scrape on the ground. I did not cut the rear bump stops. I did install rear spring silencers. That is not my primary issue.

My primary issue is the front. My end links went to hell immediately, so we replaced them with moog end links. Wow, that has seemed to solve that problem. My front suspension is still noisy. I have also installed spring silencers in the front. My next thought was ok, we did not pre load the suspension when we put it back in. I had Honda check things out and they dropped the suspension and put it back in properly. They just called me and said they did not find anything wrong and that the noise is still there. They think it is something with the springs. What the hell could the issue be I am at a loss now. And the springs are installed properly. The font, it is right side up so that you can read it the way it is said to be from the company. I did cut the front bump stops. As per the instructions.

After talking with Honda they think maybe the Moog end links arent greased enough. I'm gonna grease them tomorrow. Everything else they said is correct.

Greased more, no fix. Possible Eibach spring silencers are too far up and jammed under the spring and oem rubber boots. Tein silencers are mounted properly. Update hopefully in a week. Smh. Rear is noisy, possibly trimming bump stops.

Why did your end links go bad . The springs shouldn't do that right.? Do you drive on really bad roads..?

At this point, I'm not even sure if they did but I did the upgrade on them cuz I remember my prelude did I and my rears on this are already changed to the accord ones. we bent one by hand removing it thats how weak the metal is. yes the roads suck in PA. I'm currently leaning towards ball joints or axles.

Took it to a Honda guy that does stuff on the side, added MORE grease. The sound went away. Now I just have some rubber squeaking I think from my Eibach silencers being too far up. Things are better but I'm cautious. Might just go with Whiteline end links to be safe and I'm going to have Honda tear everything apart. They tore a CV boot and missed my compressor leaking when they did my condenser. I'm not happy.

As I talk to myself in the void, the Moog end links are going back. They are shit, regreased and are knocking again after a day. Upgrading to Whiteline adjustable. Honda bitched about the CV boot and blamed me, I said you were the last under there so they are doing it. Still waiting on the compressor but we aren't here for that. Will update soon on noise after parts come.

My knocking was the end links. Still having some squeaking, not sure from what. Probably improper spring seating.

Buy adjustable end links, make them as short as possible. Most of the noise is gone. I need to adjust the negative camber, tires are hitting into wheel wells with 18" factory rims and 20/25mm spacers.

In my experience pro kit is the way to go, the sport lines are too soft for how low they go! They allow too much flex and causes a ton of issues. From my past experience, for every .5 inch lower you need additional 10% stiffness. Also the progressive springs are utter crap since by the time they get stiff enough you already bottom out!

I would recommend the HR being a bit stiffer and did not hear much about them in terms of noise. My prokit no my lancer used to bind when turning the wheels fully and took them off

Update, seems the bump stops may be cut too much. The top of the springs are hitting on each other.

I would not ever cut the bump stops or at least too much since their point it to compress to stop the whole suspension from hitting the buddy. The stops will eventually compress enough to not act as suspension part. Just my opinion!
