Again you're in here spreading false information. The dealer can easily reverse the deal at their behest for a certain amount of time. I posted everything about the deal except the dealer name. Best of luck with your bs...
This is patently false, and I don't know why you keep saying it over and over. The dealership has 10 days, and only in the case of a spot delivery.

You don't know what you're talking about - I literally own a used car dealership as a side gig and we are not permitted to rescind/unwind any non-dealer financed sale (without consent of the buyer, that is). If we did finance the sale, it must be within 10 days to unwind, and only if the buyer's financing is not approved by the lender.

There are multiple cases of dealerships getting sued for not following the law when it comes to this kind of behavior.

Not really because you full of shit
Stupid. Use proper grammar.

Ohhh that salt. I guess that's what to expect from someone trolling a CTR forum while driving a Civic Si....Good luck!
Stupid. Bragging that you're wealthier than the other guy or have a better car?

IMO this whole argument is silly. Calling someone a liar is dumb. Claiming an almost impossible OTD price but showing zero proof is also dumb. Just post a pic of your receipt, it's pretty easy.

Nothing to do with wealth at all. I'm sorry you see things this way.

Just depends on area. Come to the carolinas. They sitting used everywhere 32 to 34. Mine sold used at 32,495 and was in mint condition. I live in asheville and all 7 R owners I knew but one have all sold their cars. They just aint popular around here and prices are lower.
They certainly arent sitting everywhere in the Carolinas, certainly not used.

It took me weeks to find one locally without a huge markup in May. The market hasn't gone to crap in 5 months.

In Raleigh, I've seen one.

I've instructed 8 HPDE events at VIR since May and saw just one, who happened to be my student.

Yeah but you are in a big city. Thats the difference. Im in the mountains. Mine used sat a month and another one sat here local on a used lot at 34k for over 2 months. Each areas different. I wouldn't expect an area like Raleigh or Durham for them to sit. Cities like miami and anywhere california are hot spots as well.

Ive noticed the main difference in availability is pay attention to peoples locations. Big cities good luck. The sticks easier to find and less popular. Here were I live its suv country. They just aint popular here for going up ice mountain sides.

I may be one of few people who thinks the Type R is under-priced. Anytime one of my friends or co-workers who is into cars hears the sticker price they go "you paid THAT MUCH for a civic?" and then after a 10 minute drive through the racetrack-esque roads around our office they say "it ONLY costs that much?"

It is remarkable bang for your buck in terms of Performance without sacrificing daily practicality.
You aren't the only one. I think they are underpriced too, hence the reason of the markups. No good sports import car that's popular is going to sell for MSRP unless the dealer MUST sell it at a loss. All the other cars coming out or have been out (Dodge Demon, Mustang GT500, etc.. ) sell for higher than MSRP. I'm not sure why everyone here thinks the TypeR should sell for MSRP but a Dodge Demon/2020 Supra is ok to sell above?

I'm still baffled as to why the turnaround is so large though. That doesn't make sense.

Maybe they are like me and bought it without realizing that it would cost more (both payments and otherwise) to own than originally expected.

Or maybe they live in an area with a lot of traffic and got tired of rowing through the gears.

Or maybe they just like changing cars?

It’s an amazing car but like every other car out there it’s not for everyone. Does the number of used examples out there shock me? Not really, seeing as how we have badges in the 30K ranges. Bound to be a decent amount with that kind of production.

The statistics tell you otherwise though. A previous poster gave an example. There are 3x as many TypeRs for sell than their are their competition.
