This is patently false, and I don't know why you keep saying it over and over. The dealership has 10 days, and only in the case of a spot delivery.Again you're in here spreading false information. The dealer can easily reverse the deal at their behest for a certain amount of time. I posted everything about the deal except the dealer name. Best of luck with your bs...
You don't know what you're talking about - I literally own a used car dealership as a side gig and we are not permitted to rescind/unwind any non-dealer financed sale (without consent of the buyer, that is). If we did finance the sale, it must be within 10 days to unwind, and only if the buyer's financing is not approved by the lender.
There are multiple cases of dealerships getting sued for not following the law when it comes to this kind of behavior.
