Hi all. So I continue to fight with my R following an impact with a piece of stone to my front right tire at highway speeds. I've had two alignments and swapped two different sets of tires on and off. I continue to feel like my steering wheel is centered a little bit to the right, and my car continues to feel like it drifts slightly to the right. There may also be a mild shake at 70 mph+ that wasn't there before. Both I and two Honda dealers did a visual inspection of the tie rod and lower control arm at the impact site, and they look perfect.

At this point, I'm thinking that maybe the steering wheel itself is just off center. Does anyone know if there is a way to recenter the steering wheel other than alignment?

That can be adjusted during an alignment, unless something is broken you shouldn't have to take the wheel off to adjust that way.

The wheel can be moved by one spline at a time (very rarely needed), I don’t know how course they are on the CTR but you may find one spline is too much. A proper 4 wheel alignment should have the steering wheel bang on ... unless you have damaged a tyre and that is causing the steering to veer off slightly.

I'm going through the same thing right now but they are saying my strut is bent and I need a new hub bearing.

The alignment is set to a straight ahead steering wheel. If after the aligbmegt, the car still pulls or drifts, you may have camber or caster that is in spec but not dead-on center. Might also have tire pull, in which case I’d recommend swapping wheels left to right and see if it affects the direction or severity of the pull.
