Anyone made an attempt to do this? Or is there a way to adapter the Brembos?

Now that I am running the R wheels my calipers looks so tiny, I'd love to find a way to run the R brakes. I've seen some guys on the forum with an EX run an older Acura Brembos but they will not work with the larger Si brakes.

I can’t say yay or nay regarding the R calipers, but I have a Brembo setup from @Performance Brakes LTD. The rotors are 12.6”. You can get larger two piece rotors but the price goes way up. The kit I have sells for about $1,000.

$1000+ is way more than I was looking to spend.

I can get type R calipers with pads for less than $250 each.

You’d be a pretty popular guy if you purchase a set and figure out how to use them.

Wouldn't the different bolt pattern of the R make the rotors useless for a Si?
Chances are that even if the bolt pattern was correct, the rotor offset wouldn't be. The trick is finding a set that lines up correctly.

This could require thousands of dollars in parts... The rotors are not the same bolt pattern therefore many other parts would be needed to make them work on an Si.

They sell through Two Step Performance now.

Brembo kit is no longer available from what I understand.
