There is no bank 2 on a 4 cylinder engine. That's a parameter for the V6 guys, which has two banks.
So does that mean I should just ignore the LTFTB2 and STFTB2 readings?

It looks like your fuel trims are ok. My knock did climb do to bad fuel trim at wide open throttle (full power) in combination with high outside temps (35-40* C).
This was from 0.49 to 0.80

To correct for this
I did reduce ignition timing by -0.2 on last 4 coloms from 2000rpm on
addust fuel trim .

To get the data for fuel trim, I did enable datalog in ktuner settings and set it up so that it records from start till the end of the drive.
I downloaded the data from multiple drives and then slowly corrected MAF values.

Now i'm at 0.49 at normal driving and 0.54 at wide open throttle.

I'm running max 17psi at wot on 95 octane (RON) and are really happy with the power. Do not need much more as the car will be really fast to 180km/h and this is not good for my driving licence.

In non-si's, it depends on how much you get close to the rev limiter when going WOT.
If you go on a WOT run, all gears, but change gears right on the limiter, the knock climbs up to 0.6X or even 0.7 after a few runs. Then it comes back down to 0.49 after a couple of minutes driving relaxed. If you change at 5k rpm or so it could even stay at 0.55 or so after a few runs.

Is this normal?

All normal and there to protect the engine.
Check out this info from master tuner D-Rob...
"Knock Control" = This parameter is the ECU's determination of fuel quality.

On Civic Si models, there doesn't seem to be a forced rise at play at WOT like the non-Si 1.5T ECU's (which naturally rise above 5,200-5,400rpm regardless of sensor input).

Movement that goes up and up and up and never comes down is more concerning than movement alone.
