It would take a completely worked afm table for that particular intake. @D-RobIMW is who I would contact for a mobile tuning option.

I could suggest small adjustments off of a already close intake setup but it would simply take too long and require more attempts than the OP or I would have patience for. Otherwise Id offer to help further.

Or if the OP feels confident enough flashing the car then yes check all the mentioned threads out and party on garth!

@Administrator Please move post to correct section.
Lol relax didn’t realize it was a type r forum this
I just installed the Ktuned Short Ram Intake on my 10th gen civic si . I was on the MAPerformance stage one tune and after some revving it threw a code. P2187 . Flashed it back to the base map 19/23 ktuner and no code but the engine is definitely not performing as it was with the stock box . Is there a tune for the Ktuned SRI ? Is there a setting or something I can change inside of ktuner . HELP
this is at idle in neutral

That is crazy. Your short term fuel trim is 46% off (lean)! For now, remove that intake ASAP.

The old filter on a stick. It looks different, makes less power, and only accomplishes three things: Lightening your wallet, making the car run lean, and sucking in hot air.

Go back to stock intake.

Went back to stock last night working with Ktuned via email to see if they can help with the MAF scaling
Right on. Glad they're working with you

As you have learned, this intake REQUIRES a custom tune.

Long story short, KTuned made no attempt to try to match the factory MAF housing. This is ok, as long as you custom tune the vehicle immediately upon installing. For most customers, it is not worth the trouble and they are better off purchasing a quality intake that does not require special tuning.

Before panicking, there is an easy solution to all of this. Upload PRL's race maf calibration for your Ktuned SRI. You should no longer have any issues. Thank me later! :)

Myx, why do you think that would be the solution if the Ktuned MAF placement is different?
