Well, there is definitely dye in the system....they spilled it all over the place near the high and low pressure ports. The blacklight is deceptive as dried bug guts also fluoresce, but I did find this on the back of the condenser where its free of organic debris...

Does not like very much. You might want to try to wash off all those spills and small traces on the Condenser, and then see if they re-appear .. who know where dye has been spilled around the system when it was in for service !!
Some of that dye "may" be from the cooling system as well, or spilled from filling the cooling system, if the coolant had dye in it, or dye was added to the coolant at any time,

One BIG advantage of being the only one to do service work on your own car, you know what has been done/spilled, and do not get confused by what someone else has spilled !!

Yeah they really made a mess. The due doesn’t wipe off easily. Not sure if it rinses off or if I’ll have to get a bottle of dye remover. But I agree, it could use a cleaning to be able to tell if it’s a leak or just splatter

Based on what I have experienced with UV dye in refrigerant, leaking at places, and needing to be cleaned up, rinses with water, and maybe some agitation with a paintbrush, allows the UV Dye to be washed away, even where it it dried on hot engine parts.

The Ports can leak as well, so it may be important to remove the UV dye that has escaped when the Service Manifold is attached and detached, so that then, over time, it can be determined if the valves in the service ports are leaking.
