Type R Statistics Questionnaire. PLS help the community by filling it out!

So hey guys and gals, I'm trying to get some data together about our Type R's. If everyone could fill this out only once, that would be great. I'll release some data at the end, but in the mean time I left it open so you can see the data when you get done filling it out. If you want you can put this form in other forms/Facebook pages to get us better numbers. If this goes like how I think it will, we could learn quite a bit about our community, the mods we favor, oil change intervals, octane usage, common issues we might all be having, etc.
Some questions don't require an answer (usually if they are unrelated to the car itself).
If you don't wish to answer some of the questions, feel free to exit the form at any time

Ha I did. If you're extra cautious just tell them you did it on the track.
