100% I am going to contact @k20z3allmotor to see if his cmc would help it. If not, i'll probably part out.
With all the money you 've spent and the trouble you are in, hopefully you 'll get a hold of him quickly. I've been trying with multiples messages both on facebook and instagram, here and emails even and never heard back.

Emman is difficult to get ahold of. One man operation. Expect delays as well. Fortunately my retrofit kit ships today!

Yes he responded within 2 hours. I’m going to try his cmc and go from there.

Hey man will you buy two? I'll send you the money first
If you want to PayPal me the money, I will order yours though. He said it’s $245 shipped, plus the cost of me to ship it wherever you are. Hawaii, right ?

A modified OEM CMC may operate smoother than a factory CMC but I'm not sure it's a great option for a clutch that is known to need more hydraulic force than what OEM can deliver. If I was set on trying something else, I would look at the new Sirimoto kit. I don't know much about it, but they say it works well with aftermarket clutches.

It has been reported that SPEC tried a modified OEM unit before going with the Wilwood CMC.

Wow thank you for the link ! That is also a lot cheaper than EMANN’S CMC. Do you have any idea why the wilwood’s would prematurely break/ leak?
It also looks like Sirimoto’s kit comes with cmc AND smc for $160

Actually it does not come with a SMC for the 16+ Civics:

Fits:
Honda Civic - 2017 to 2019 - 2 Door Coupe [Si] & 4 Door Sedan [Si]
More Info:
Kit Includes: N1 Clutch Master Cylinder, N1 Hydraulic Clutch Line. Does not include Slave Cylinder.

I don't think think that is an issue though.

Wilwood is a very reputable company, I would wonder if an adjustment error perhaps forced it to operate out of it's designated range, allowing a leak.

That’s a possibility, but with the roller coaster of clutch related problems I’ve been having, and that 2 separate units have this issue make me question it.
Should i take it back to the shop that installed it and have them look at it ? Or say screw it, order the sirimoto version and have them install it?

It's always tricky when you have a third party shop involved. If it's leaking, I don't know if seals are damaged now or if its possible readjusting the rod could make it stop. I would check with SPEC if you have not already.

Hey, I'm sorry both of you are having this issue, it sucks. That's why I pretty much left my Si stock except for a Performance Intercooler and TSP Stage 1. One year, 3 months, and 17K hard driving, had zero issues, knock on wood. I hope you both get this resolved with minimum pain to your wallets!

I contacted SPEC and they said they have only heard of 2 users having a leak.
“The only leak we have seen has been on the Honda, which makes me think the pedal was not adjusted correctly and it overextended that seal.”

I also contacted sirmimoto about their cmc and they said “Thank you for considering us on your upgrading needs. To note, the main reason the clutch was heavier with the Wilwood is due to the large diameter of the cylinder. It quite a bit larger and as such, requires more effort. Since our kit uses a similar bore to the stock one, the effort should be very similar to stock as well. As for the lockout, this is common issue on the civic mostly cause by the diaphragm in the master cylinder. At higher RPMs, this diaphragm may delay the engagement/disengagement of the clutch and cause it to lockout. Our kit remedies this with a cylinder that does not have the diaphragm at all. As such, it will feel and act similar to stock, but be able to handle a stronger clutch. Hopefully this helps, please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.”

I went ahead and ordered theirs. Will keep ya posted.

Good luck! I thought my headache with my clutch masters was bad. Spec has really dropped the ball on this one. I am guessing they will not give you a refund?
