Fast forward songs from the wheel

Hi, can I fast forward song's USB from the steering wheel? I could only from the touch screen ...

Yes, and then it goes to the next folder.

How can it be done from the touchscreen? Ive never figured out how to FF, all it does is skip to the next song.
