Last time I was at Honda for an oil change they had a HFP Si Sedan in the showroom and it did indeed have Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. I'm in Canada though.

Perhaps I should have purchased my car in Canada. Thank you for your input.

Wait a second. HFP package comes with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires
A pattern is emerging. Canadian Sis have PS4 tires; US Sis have cheap discontinued Toyo tires.

Okay, I'm starting to feel like a complete idiot. Tire Rack has the correct Toyo tire for the US Civic Si HFP package. This tire is the Toyo 235/35xR19 Sport T1, and it is available for immediate shipping from Tire Rack. Why Discount Tire is unaware of the existence of this tire is a mystery. All Discount Tire shows on their website is a track day/autocross Toyo tire. Go figure.

Honda Canada, Honda Mexico, and American Honda are completely different branches of Honda. The Canadian Si does have Michelins. The US version does not.

The HFP package is indeed an option for 2019, and is listed as such on Honda's website. You may be right that it is not a 2019 option in Canada, but it is in the US. Thanks for your input.

Don :)
i have to disagree i tried ordering my 19 si coupe with the hfp package and my dealer said i can order the parts in for it

but they will not have a hfp as an option i even ordered my car and had to wait for it

I can only speak to what I see on American Honda's website and my own experience at my dealer. The website shows the HFP package as an option for 2019 and 2020. In July 2019 I bought a Civic Si from dealer inventory and ordered it delivered with the HFP package. Maybe the dealer ordered the parts separately and delivered it to me that way, but none the less, my Civic Si was delivered to me with the HFP package. Your experience may be different.

The Canadian cars got a lot of stuff in 2019 that we didn't get in the States. LED headlights, Nav on the head unit, coupe got a real spare tire, other things too that slip my mind right now.

I've been going g though this same problem with my dealership. If you want the HFP suspension look of the kit part number from College Hills honda or honda parts network on an American website. The kit part number works here. Note though that the price is staggering. It would be cheaper for me to drive 7 hours to the states and pay for it there and drive back and I would save 100's even after exchange. I was told close to 2700cad for the suspension. Not including install if I wanted to maintain the warranty.

hummm...
... you are relying on the accuracy of the vendor you went to that couldn't find the tire. Are they a Toyo dealer?Or, did they simply want to sell you a tire they had in stock?...
Glad you got it sorted out Don!

More confirmation I should buy my Honda in Canada, but probably illegal.

Here are my final words (maybe) on this subject...
1) All this applies to the HFP package offered on the Civic Si.
2) "...the tires on our 2020 Honda Civic Si will be Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2." Direct quote from American Honda.
3) Tire Rack does have a few Toyo Proxes Sport T1s left, which is the correct tire for the 2019 Civic. However, this tire has been discontinued by Toyo.
4) Discount Tire does not have the above Toyo tire, nor can they get it except from Tire Rack so long a Tire Rack has them.
5) I'm gonna rub some rubber off my tires, and in a year install a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires whether my car needs them or not.
6) I still love my Civic Si. I don't love American Honda.
7) Your experience may differ.
