White smoke after tune ?

I tuned my 2018 civic hatch ex-l with ktuner and i noticed that after a month or so (~1000 miles) white smoke was starting to come out of my exhaust. I checked my coolant and it was gone! I refilled my coolant to the right amount but im still getting white smoke out of my exhaust sometimes. And this is after my car is warmed up. Help ???

Maybe a blown head gasket, once the pressure builds up it leaks in to the cylinder.

Is it cold outside when this happens?
