Yes they are the Flex Z's. It's a more comfortable ride than the pro-kit and stock dampers. My civic is my daily so they are perfect for me. I currently have damping in the middle. I'll probably stiffen them up for a more sporty feel but for now, I'm enjoying the softer ride. For the price these are excellent and include the ADS cancellers so no dash light!

No bouncing or harshness on small bumps? I vowed to never do lowering springs on stock dampers again for that reason... lol
