Honda Hack *Help*

Recently purchased the hack but when i try rebooting by holding down the audio button nothing happens. I have a 2019 civic if anybody can shed some light on this thanks.

Usually the system reboots after the hack, did that happen already ??
Negative on that just gives me a reminder to long hold the audio button for 5 seconds. When i do so nothing happens

You're holding down the power/knob, right?
As in just holding this down (NOT holding the "Audio" button down):

As the other guy mentioned, when I did my install I didn't have to press it down, it actually popped up a window that rebooted it. Can u post what your screen says now?

Nice! Yeah I never realized it actually says to hold the Audio Button... bad instructions
In all fairness to the Honda Hack Developer, in 2018 and earlier Civics, it was the AUDIO that needed to be pressed -- with the new "VOLUME KNOB" equipped 2019, 2020 Civics, its the Volume Knob/Push Switch.
He really need to update the Instructions to cover BOTH Head Unit models :coffee:
