it's not Toyota drivers, it's OLD PEOPLE, I live in the mountains so we get a lot of older retired people that moved up here from Atlanta after they retired and so they have nothing to do with their time so they drive very leisurely, then we also have the ones that can't see driving at night yet continue to drive at night. You think it's bad when someone is driving slow in the left lane try moving to a 2 lane road where the speed limit is 55 but they do 30-35 MPH and the only legal passing zones almost always end up having a car coming the other way or the 35 MPH roads where they do 25 MPH and there are no legal passing zones.
I find it to be the young people who can't put down their cell phones. They get in the left lane & just have to yak away & are oblivious to anyone else on the road.

Yeah, not really just localized to Toyota drivers. I mean, we can't hate because their cars are more reliable and hold their value better than Honda.
I can hate Toyota drivers now, after my daughter's Camry was totaled earlier this month, and after Scotty Kilmer just recently finally saw the light and declared that Civic is better than Corolla.

My daughter's Camry was cancelled by a dumb and young Cruze driver. Old drivers may be annoying but young drivers are killers.

I can't say that i don't see Camry drivers routinely going 5 under the speed limit and I can't pass them, but at least when I drive my Toyota, I go slightly above the speed limit and follow the pace of traffic. It ain't the Toyota, it's just the person behind the wheel.

...Altima drivers on the other hand...

Oh dont get me started with Prius' :nono:
A friend of mine was down sizing he had a 2010 Ford Taurus SHO a muscle car a 1970 chevelle 454 Ls5 he got rid of both and bought a 2012 Prius to save money. The only problem was he was getting bad mileage out of the Prius because his foot was always to the floor on the dam thing

Might be a self-fulfilling prophecy too...only slow cars even offer beige as an option. Thank God new cars really don’t offer it anymore.

Lol a tan colored Toyota is the hallmark of a driver that doesn't give a single fuck. They bought their ugly tan Corolla/Camry/Sienna from their grandpa/uncle for $2000 and they do their best not to sink another penny into it. Last time it got an oil change, Bush was still in office. It has several dents that could easily be repaired, but nah, it's not worth the trouble to them. They don't look when crossing intersections or changing lanes because even that requires a certain amount of emotional investment in the car's well being which they do not possess. When they inevitably rear end you, don't expect an apology or single word of concern. They'll stay in their car, windows rolled up, and feign gestures at you like a fucking game of charades. When they finally buy a new car it will be a silver Nissan Sentra because the dealership had them heavily discounted because no one with an informed opinion on cars would ever buy them and it's a "nice" car compared to the Toyota they just totaled.

There's a lot of blah looking colors out there. You look at a dealer's lot & most are pretty boring. The sharpest looking colors are on Jeeps.

That was a popular color for the econo boxes in the 60s ramblers ,falcons, novas, valiants , darts, and corvairs.
Don’t know the reason why they brought it back in the 21st century :dunno:

The owner of a “reasonable” car in a “reasonable” color can be only expected to drive it in a “reasonable” manner.

Reasonable car is the one CR declares as no. 1 in reliability, or in other words: Toyota. Reasonable color is the color of dirt, like “champagne” or “gold” or “silver.” It’s not a coincidence that carpets in apartments are usually beige.

It is definitely not reasonable to “invest” a lot of money in a car, and the reasonable driving speed is of course: slow.
