I tried wrap first and then put the JDM Honda Access ones (pic in second post in this thread). I've seen at least one of the fakes in person - the one that cover the 'eyebrows' more than the factory ones. The JDM ones look better in person, but, tbh, not much of a difference from five metres away. The JDM ones are either Rallye Red, or very close to it. (My mirror caps are just the OE Rallye Red part from a USA dealer.)

I paid $20 for pre-cut metallic red with shipping.

the non-Honda Access red garnish is basically available half price. Think it might be worth getting that one instead if you have the means

I do notice the difference now... JDM looks sharper because it’s a better fit... smaller to show black accents

Yes, you can't create the appearance by having it painted or wrapped. It's raised, smaller and fit the contour of the grill with eased edge.

As far as I know the rear is not available in red and is a trunk protector. There is a front and rear lower red HFP for the SI but not the type R.
