Well, I run Shell 93 too. So I can run MAP3 too, but i thought 93+ meaning 94 or up though, so I didn't dare to try.

Well, always get the opinion of BMS on what they think about maps etc. However, 93+ means 93 octane or higher.

They have map 2 set at 91+ because some areas (such as Colorado) Their highest octane gas they can buy is 91 octane. Elevation messes with AFR and there is less air so they do not need 93 octane. Where if we ran 91 down here in Miami, and we needed 93, our car could misfire due to combustion happening too soon in the compression cycle. It may not be noticeable but it can fire prematurely.

I have yet to have BMS look at my Map 3 logs.

yes, the car seems to pick up faster. i have not got a good chance to give it a wot, but i do really like the mobile app that shows and log all live data, and the ability to read codes too
Sweet thank you! And question I just received mine, any idea what the stray black wire is for?

I got mine used and it came with everything put together already, so I don't have an answer to that, but you should be able to look up the installation easily on their website or youtube. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do ;-)

I just tried out the Map 3, wow, it gives a bit more punch - good for my DD fun.

Did you email George or Terry? I'm interested in this wire as well.
I am kind of glad you asked.... I didn't connect that wire to anything...
I emailed them and got a reply from Ando G and was told “Skip it, It’s for future use.” So there’s our answer haha. I couldn’t find any instructions about it so I was worried.

Yes/No.... I live in California so the only way I was able to purchase one was because I was in Arizona for a friend’s graduation... and he is moving back in a month so I don’t believe I’ll be able to purchase anymore parts from them.. :/

I feel temptation to try this, but would love to see independent dyno results. The stock tune on this car is so much better than other turbo cars. I'd like to see what it's like after.

Nearest dyno to me is about $100+ just to run and no tuning... I'd love too for you and me both. though I have to say you won't notice it instantly until you roll into the boost. I'm able to hit 94 mph on a small freeway entrance now. before was about 75-80 mph.
