Honestly ever since getting my 2018 hatchback ex last year I’ve always attracted a lot of dump trucks that always have gravel or just rocks raining down everytime they hit a bump. I’ve already had a couple chips I’ve fixed myself but also some new ones I haven’t fixed ... today I dodge a couple huge rocks that fell off a dump truck also another one that had flying Debris ...I could’ve probably had big dent on my hood or chip that I wouldn’t be able to fix... another one the people that drive beat up cars .. I don’t know what it is about it but their merging just completely sucks ... yesterday I almost got hit (if I hadn’t hit my brakes ) when this one person decides to merge onto my lane when I’m right next to them (and no they didn’t give a dam) .. I love getting a new car but it seems like I sure all always on the edge of about having it wrecked for some reason..

Ever since I bought my 18 si, I feel like big trucks almost always start easing into my lane when I am passing them. It always feels intentional. When I drive, I am super conscious about every single other car. I am constantly thinking about the ifs. I think the 10th gens are intimidating to others. I will say I have a problem with dump trucks too. I never see these assholes getting pulled over either. Yet, I can run 10 over on I-40 along with a sea of other cars going the same speed if not faster and get singled out with blue lights on me like I am America's most wanted. :nono:

I abhor dump trucks on single laned roads. Pickup truck drivers constantly feel threatened by my wing or something, because it's not uncommon to see one race me when I had no intention of doing so to begin with.

I hear ya, but i don't think it's limited to dump trucks and people with beat up cars, I've seen idiots in Mercedes driving like morons.

Dump trucks can’t be completely avoided. As long as there’s construction or road work, we’ll have to contend with them.
The guys in the $300 beaters on the other hand just don’t give a f#ck... they have nothing to lose.
They can always count on the driver in the nice shiny car to back off because they DO have something nice and don’t want it wrecked by said shit head in his $300 turd.

Altima drivers are by far the worse - at least here in Maryland -- a good 90% drive like they have a death wish.

Don't drive directly behind them and don't stay in their lane. Pass as soon as safely possible.

Watch out for flatbed trailers carrying any construction equipment and also roll off containers. These pieces of equipment are used in gravel lots mostly and are not cleared before loading onto a truck. Just keep your distance if you can, and pass quickly if possible.

All the time bro, even those subaru folks. They are either racing or paying for repair bills.

Some idiot taxi driver tried to merge into me today, all while his lane watch arrow was lit up and he was never using his blinker. I'm so sick of how everyone acts like they just own the road.

Oh yeah, taxi drivers are probably the absolute worst. I honestly don't understand how they are able to legally drive. They are notoriously veering in my lanes. They are one of the few drivers I will actually stick my hand clearly out of the window with a strong middle finger perfectly directed at them.

I lost a match with a gardener's unsecured load  from a pickup on the other side of a two-lane road. Luckily just a plastic flowerpot that caused no damage ultimately, but still.

Then 2 minutes later, a rock from a Durango flies up and cracks my windshield. FML I hate today
