Replacement Relays for Morimoto kits

I have a bad relay that fires about 10% of the time and I need a replacement. I cant find the Morimoto part number for just the relay, and without an application modern parts stores are useless. Does anyone have an application that uses the same style, 4 pin 40A SPST as the Morimoto that they have confirmed will fit in the Morimoto relay harness? By application I mean being able to walk into AUTO-ZONE and tell them I need a headlight relay for a 2015 Lexus IS 350 as an example. Edit: It's for the low beams, H11

Morimoto make the worse relay. I'm on my 2 one and it has 20% rate of not firing up one of my light.

Let me know which relay you bought, changing mine as well.
