I'll sell the pump to anyone that has Motec right now. Past that it is not available.

Where could I source fuel injectors say if I went with the radium engineering port injection? Swapping the DI components seems like it would be above my mechanical expertise.

Does that mean it doesn't work with the stock ecu or you haven't been able to fully test it other than on the Motec?

It means that I have only used it on Motec. I'm sure Hondata will give us the support we need once we can tell them the parameters that it will require. We have pushed this much further on horsepower now and are simply doing durability testing. We are slow to release, but I think people will appreciate that we put that kind of time and mileage on products before they hit the streets.

I'm also getting several messages a day about sponsorship, discounts on the pump, etc. Just so everyone understands we own these cars ourselves and a dozen engines ourselves. I really appreciate everyone reaching out, but at this time all testing is done in-house. The pumps aren't inexpensive, they are meant to provide a bolt-on DI only solution. It is going to be around $2500 for a fuel system to get 600+hp....so keep that in your mind.

Nice fat powerband for the track this weekend, 516whp / 502 wtq. This is Direct Injection only, no tricks. This is exactly how I will race. Very smooth and we actually have some room left in the fuel system now to grow...and that is great. I've got some work to do on the electric wastegate and hopefully I can keep this hooked up. After I murder some tires...I'll turn it up some more.

As always, thanks to Motec and Vit for the support. We strap to the dyno with me making a major fuel system change and we slap a full pull right off the hit to 500hp....completely done tuning the car in 6 pulls and we go back to work a half hour later. Full Race Borg Warner EFR 7163, 4 Piston 2.0L stock sleeve long block, bolt-on DI upgrade.

For comparison sake....here this is laid over where I left off before with running out of fuel. At 516/502 we had fuel system capacity left....I'm excited about that!! Completely bolt on DI.
Yes it feels fast. Its outstanding.

I posted this up on my social media pages and its interesting to see some of the derogatory comments, and plenty of know-it-alls putting their 2 cents in. Having done this over 20 years I should know that just goes with the territory but I have to admit I am a bit annoyed :)

We need a centralized CTR event like we used to do for Winged Warrior in the EVOs......that way we can see who's got the fast cars on the same turf

Maybe some of those comments came from guys that have also been doing this for over 20 years, just like you have?

Thinking of Winged Warrior specifically, the K20C1 is much more challenging to modify when compared to the 4G63 and 4B11, and they have a lot better driveline setup for managing big power.

Don’t let the naysayers annoy you, man. Keep paving your own way and prove them wrong!

So awesome..

Besides Motec, turbo kit, 4Piston motor and DI pump...

Are there any other bolt ons or upgrades to the car?

Will an upgraded clutch be needed to handle that much (or more) power?

That is just the world I have grown to accept is sadly the norm. Being online it makes it easy for people to troll and be derogatory. While in real life they probably wouldn't dare say to someones face and if they did they would find themselves in trouble if they cross paths with the wrong person.

Keep up the hard work and do what you do. Think in majority of cases people appreciate the information you have come across. Myself I hope you continue to push and also work with Hondata & Ktuner to see if we can get something going without using Motec. Would love to get Motec but I am trying to look at buying a house.

Its always the same guys...representing some other tooooner shops :) Its all good. Back to the fun stuff.

I have other stuff disassociated with the powerplant for cooling the car on track days. Stock intake manifold, TB, rail. Has a Greddy Exhaust.
I did replace the clutch a long time ago because I already had the engine out. I didn't want to do it twice. I think some guys have had them hold decent power, and others had the clutch let go in the low 400s.
