Refreshed 2020 Civic Si

Hi All, I just purchased a 2020 Civic SI on Saturday. Still waiting for it as the one they had on the lot was sold right away. I traded in my built 2016 STI due to the horrible gas mileage.

Mind sharing what you paid? Full MSRP?

$25,495, they were trying to get me to buy one of the 19s they had on the lot but I wasn't going for it even though it was a little cheaper.

Here's a listing of a 2020 CBP Si Coupe.

The seat stitching looks much better in these photo's, and actually looks red instead of pink. I think that it actually looks pretty good.

Definitely still not a fan of the new fake vents and wheels though. The old Si wheels look better, at least with CBP.

agreed the red in the seats looks lots better here than on the Honda release pics. Also agree on the exterior wheels and vents. I like exterior of the 17-19 better.

Funny story - i went over to a honda lot on sunday around 8pm to just scope the lot and look at the Aegean blue under the pretty lights. Amazed to find a 2020 si sedan on the lot so took a really good look at it, checked out the rims, seats etc. We hear cop cars go blazing by the dealership but think nothing of it. Then we get hit with the police search light on the cruiser.
The officer talks to us ; tells us that the company that secures the lot has played recordings and requested we leave and that we were resisting and not leaving the lot.

We never heard any announcements and i even showed the officer photos on my phone - proving we are car shopping. Officer kindly asks us to leave as we are trespassing.

So we leave. As we leave, we see the officers find ANOTHER person on the lot. But that person was sitting in their shit box of a car - doing who knows what (meth is a big thing in the area). I have a feeling that person was the real trespasser and we just happen to be there and spotted first as we were not making any effort to hide and could easily be seen under the bright lot lights.

I would have been on the phone first thing Monday morning with the owner of this dealership demanding an apology and a $5,000 discount on that 2020 Si as compensation for the embarrassment, harassment, and emotional trauma that resulted from being falsely accused as a criminal.

Wow, one does have to be aware if you go on a car lot after hours security will ask you to leave. Unfortunately, there have been to many instances when trespassers have vandalized or stolen new cars on the lot. One time I had a security guard at a car lot approach me when I got to close to the car lot after hours.

Well, took possession of my SI last night. Loving the car so far, it's my first Honda and I'm also really enjoying the gas mileage. I'm sorry I never drove a previous SI to compare but overall I am happy with the car so far. It rides nice has decent acceleration and looks great. The headlights are awesome too although I don't like the auto High Beam feature driving to the gym at 5am its flashing at people when they pull out of side streets.

ALL features of Honda Sensing (including automatic high beams) can be turned off in ALL Honda models.
