I’m also wondering if it’s loud under lower loads or just when pushing the throttle? My Mishi is pretty quiet and you can only hear it under heavy throttle. Even at that I would not say it’s loud, just audible. Breaking necks sounds kinda loud. Looking forward to installing this thing.
Is it that loud? Doesnt sound too loud from the small amount of videos I've seen
Here is a clips from both inside the car and outside the car. Both the intake and BOV sound louder than stock. I can’t really compare it to other intakes.

So you also have an aftermarket BOV installed that is contributing to the sound on those clips? Just want to be clear that the sound is not all due to the HVIS? I didn’t see a BOV in the engine bay pick, so just want to confirm. Thanks!

PRL hasn't sent out the emails for shipping info but if you are signed up for FEDEX with your address, FEDEX will send you the tracking. I got tracking and it's coming Monday.

I have had the intake since the first batch. I installed it and was worried about the clearance so i did not rotate one of the connections all the way as i was scared to break something. BUT i highly suggest you give it a shot. You will not break anything, a little force may be needed but yesterday i popped my hood to make sure everything was fine since its been a good month or so since the intake has been installed. I noticed that the hose was rubbing on my hood and went ahead and rotated it. I dont know why i didnt try it before but i want you guys to go ahead and try it. NOW i dont want you guys to think i am bashing on PRL or anything. This is 100% user error and pxssyness. But here are before and after pictures!

The rubbing is a concern. Got some paint rubbing off of my hood cause of the rubbing from the flange

so you rotated clockwise bring the flange nut to the 12 0'clock position?
Top is before and bottom picture is after rotation. You can see that the hose does not sit as high like in the first picture.

Not sure why some have rubbing or clearance concerns. I rotated mine about 30 degrees shown here and zero clearance or any issues. Even at vertical or straight up the end of the flange doesn’t touch my hood at all.

It may depend on how you have your silicone tube installed and rotated longitudinally along axis from airbox to inlet pipe. See close up here...

Here’s what worked for me. I tried to rotate the flange to more of a horizontal orientation than what was shown on the prl instructions.

no rubbing of hoses or flange on the hood.

No after market BOV! Everything under the hood is stock except for PRL intake!

All smooth until I get to this. I didn't see any instructions on the actual removal of the hose. How do I remove this? There's no head to unscrew
It would have been nice to see this detail in the instructions, my car is in pieces and I'm stuck until I get this crap off.
