Ok, but why then does the sidewall of the tire say Max 51 PSI, I dont get it?
Because thats the max pressure the TIRE MANUFACTURE says the tire can hold, Tires can fit many different cars, the tires where not manufactured strictly for these cars so they have to be able to work on a range of vehicles that fit this tire size so the tire manufacture designs them to handle ANY PSI load they may encounter in all of those variations. The Vehicle Manufacture determines what PSI a tire needs to support the load that is the car in question.

I think it has but it has also raised more questions that I now have to ask and has also made me realize different things that I never even thought about in the past. Like a tires psi increasing and decreasing in the tire as you roll down the road. For example, when I got into the car today my tire pressure was 46psi (Max is 51 per sidewall) I was at 51psi on both front tires when I got to my destination with my high alerts going off. Call me a noob but I always thought if you fill a tire at a set psi it would stay there, or go down. Not fluctuate.
As the tires warm, pressure will increase. This is why you set your pressures cold. And those staring pressures are way too high. Skimmed other replies but you should be between 30-35 PSI. Check your door jamb

I saw that and did as the instructions specified but the two items dont interlock? Doesnt make sense to me, Ill take another look at it.
It's not about it interlocking. Think about it this way. Righty tighty,Lefty losey. Lol it stops you from unscrewing it. Unless the person has a wrench to loosen the sensor.

Wh

What are they for?
It is a Whiteline 22mm adjustable rear sway bar, Accord heavier duty end links, Tanabe Strut Tower Bar, Type R lower subframe brace and the Hasport Rear Motor Mount. Car handles so much better with these!

I noticed it this morning when I "tried" to unscrew them to let some air out :-( Will be interesting when I get home.

What is a good pressure to begin with then if the sidewall says Max 51PSI?
Look at the driver side door jam for the load sticker. All cars have this sticker. The Civic is supposed to be 35psi front, 32psi rear if I remember correctly.
