One of the reasons why I love PRL is how responsible and proactive they are after you buy their products. I’ve been buying from them for years. I removed my Intake today to install their new piping. I noticed that 8 of the Allen bolts that I know I securely tighten were now missing. My guess is that the engine bay vibrations made them come lose. I contacted them and they are looking into it and I know and trust that they will do the right thing. Why? Because they are PRL and that’s what you get when you buy from the best.

Thanks for letting us know today Frank. We have looked into this further with our own airbox that has been on our vehicle and tested vigorously for the last 8 months or so now and we have yet to see this issue.

You should not have to use loctite on this but if you are concerned you can do so as recommended in our install guide. As long as the bolts mentioned in the photo above are tightened down properly this should not happen, once again please refer to our install guide on prlarmy.com for proper installation.
