That's difficult with the caliper in the way, and you'd likely still have to either pop the wheel off, or lift the car to get in there.Wrap a thin rope around the inside and floss it?
Honestly I just see myself perusing the tool section of Home Depot to see if I can find some type of hardy plier/tweezer tool that would be able to fit in the space available, and pull the rock out. Pulling it out will allow me to not do any twisting/pushing actions that could cause me to bump into a spoke with the tool. Just hoping someone else already has identified a tool that would work like this.
