I don't believe there are any rules to prevent them shipping to the UK. You could use USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc but probably USPS will be the cheapest option. The ground shipping option would take weeks to get here so probably would have to be by air or global express. If you could find out the prices and let me know what it will cost please?
I would have to pay any import fees, customs clearance fees, duty, tax etc. Usually it is 20% tax plus a clearing fee payable to the courier/postal service that clears it through customs. You just fill in the customs declaration/commercial invoice and the shipping service does the clearing etc. If the value is low (normally less than about $20) then there may not be any fees.
I like the version 2 idea with them more contoured curved to fit the body work shape better. I'd prefer a no use of moulding tape option as I dont like the idea of sticking them to the paintwork but only if this would not cause ugly gaps for mud and dirt to collect in. I am however concerned about any corrosion that might be caused by having extra screws or bolts and those U clips, due to metal fatigue if the clips were a strong nylon plastic or something it would be better. Not sure if I have fully understood how they fit without tape.
Including all the necessary hardware and tape etc would be better as even though I may be able to source them somewhere, it would make life difficult. I live rural so options for this sort of thing are very limited where I am.
Do I have to sign up on the Google form or send you my details via DM?
Thank you!
