So I've been recently trying to buy an Insulate Esco Shift Knob, but as we all know there is a high demand at the moment for those shift knobs, so instead of waiting for Acuity to restock them, I searched online to see If I could find a re seller who would have them in stock.

I ended up coming across Corsport USA (https://www.corsportusa.com/). I saw they had the Insulate Esco Shift Knob, and they were charging the old price which was $75 instead of the current price posted on Acuity website which is $95 if I'm not mistaken. I said to myself "How lucky did I just get?!". But this only lasted a couple of days before I realized the mess I put myself in.

I was charged for the product, and on their shipping policy, which you will be able to find on their website, it states that all the order are processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is made. It's been a few days now and I still haven't got feedback from them. I tried contacting them through every social media they have, and their contact email address appears to not exist. When I email them, the message gets bounced back informing the address does not exist. I've also filled the contact forms online but they still have not answered me. Also tried contacting them through phone which gets instantly redirected to their voicemail.

Another nasty thing they do, that I was only able to find out after ordering the shift knob, is that they sell their products even if it's not in stock, and I've read complaints saying that they take months to end-up back ordering and shipping the products (I'm not sure if now they're sending the products at all, probably not).

This thread is to make you guys aware of this re seller and that you do not get tricked by them. Worst customer service ever. I wonder if they're still in business or if they just have their website up at this point to scam people.
