1) Do the Canadian side mirrors have power folding capability? In their online brochure, it states "folding door mirrors" but I'm guessing it's a manual fold that you push in with your hand. Otherwise, I assume they would brag about it and state "power folding door mirrors".

2) Do the mirrors have BSM indicators? Or does it just have the lane watch camera on the passenger side?

3) Do the mirrors have defrosters?

Heading into Canada to visit Niagara Falls in the near future, perhaps if time permits will stop into one of their dealers.
Maybe it's just the EDM side mirrors that have all these capabilities baked in, I don't know.

Thanks!

Yea, that's where I saw the online brochure.
Doesn't say anything about any of the 3 I mentioned though.

We have blind spot cameras and LED turn signals in our mirrors, they also have defrost on them. It's the same button as the rear window defrost.

Edit: they are manual fold. Forgot to say.

Great thanks! Do the mirrors have the BSM indicators on them (they light up amber when cars are coming up behind you in the adjacent lane)?

No unfortunately not, just the camera when you turn the signal on or if you push the button.

Anyone try to retrofit the Canadian lane watch to our USA Ctr yet? That's something I would do pronto.

Blind spot only on the passenger side
Yeah don't know why I added an "s". Thanks.

Its really stupid that honda didn't included those on the Canadian market whe the winter is absolutely worsening here in Canada
Didn't include what here? We do have defrost on our mirrors.

I have the EDM power folding side mirrors. They include-
-power fold function
-LED turn signal
-BSM indicator
-*defroster* --- I believe. I haven't hooked it up, tested it, etc. I just think there is a wire available to power the defrost but I've done nothing to make it work. Yet.

Nice! Did you get the first 3 to work?

And regarding the power fold...
1. Is it only activated by the driver armrest switch or can it work automatically when unlocking/locking the car?
2. Can you still fold/unfold the mirrors by hand without breaking the mechanism (in case an ignorant valet or someone else does it)?
Thanks

I got the power fold function to work and I got the turn signals to work, but I didn't do anything with the BSM. I need to score some sensors or something and figure it out!
I have it set up so it only works with the drivers switch. I didn't want it to fold out when it unlocks just in case...even that is how it functions in UK. You can still fold the mirrors in and out 'manually' it just slips the motor clutch inside the mirror. Totally safe!

I definitely want to get the BSM to work!!!
