2 things. No volume knob (2018), and hidden exhaust tips (EX). The fact that there's no exhaust support in the aftermarket world blows too, as I'd gladly slap on a different setup if there was.

For me, it's definitely the lack of a handbrake. Especially during the winter months.

honda sensing collision detection has given me a good scare twice now. I set the sensitivity to low so hopefully the brakes don’t activate on non-risks

I think the worst feature might be the separate volume for voice commands. I wasn’t aware of it, so I asked Siri for a song and then started cranking the volume up. I didn’t realize that when Siri is talking back, saying “Ok, now playing Go by Pearl Jam”, and I’m upping the volume it’s upping that sort of hidden voice volume. Next day I have the volume nice and low and I ask Siri a question and she fucking shouts at me at volume 30 and scared the crap out of me. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it down. Best way is to ask Siri to tell you a joke or something that will keep her talking so you can adjust appropriately. I still accidentally turn her up or down sometimes.

Maybe it’s a good feature...I don’t know. I feel like having just one volume level for music and voice would be fine.
This cracked me up and made my day. I used to do this in my BMW, but what I was accidently turning up the volume on was the "gong" sound for fasten your seatbelt, or whatever information the car was trying to give me. Always scared the shit out of myself.

My BIGGEST complaint by a wide margin is the rattles and buzzes when cruising. Just speaks to poor fitment of interior panels. Everything else about my car I love!

No Play/Pause button on the steering wheel controls and having to stick the key in the door to roll up the windows, I used to have a 94 Accord where I had an aftermarket alarm added that supported the whole remote window roll down and remote start, I could also roll the windows back up with the remote, so say I had been driving with the windows down I could get out and lock the doors and roll up the windows in a single button press, and in that regard also that you have to keep holding the button until the windows are ALL the way down.

and I guess (and this is just a general complaint about stock sound systems) the lack of RCA preouts for expansion, especially in the modern age with so many things being integrated into the factory stereo they really NEED to add aftermarket support via RCA audio outputs.

I don't see why they would want or need to do this, but if they did, in this modern age, something like an S/PDIF optical output seems to make many times more sense than analog RCA jacks from the 1940s. Just saying.

If aftermarket AMPS had S/PDIF inputs sure, but the universal aftermarket input is RCA.

Aftermarket Stereos got Bluetooth long before factory radios got bluetooth, aftermarket radios had nav and double din touchscreens before cars started coming with all that, the next step is add native support for aftermarket amps, they've been around longer then all these other features.

but honestly I'd be happy with S/PDIF since there are converters to convert to RCA from that and maybe factor radios can be on the for front of the tech instead of playing catch up.

Not sure if this was posted but when I'm streaming through CarPlay I can't for the like of me figure out how to adjust the bass and treble without exiting CarPlay and changing the source.

I think you'd tap the Menu button on the left. It'll go into the Honda screens for audio settings.

This is likely unique to your vehicle. I can cruise at 90-110mph with zero vibration related noise. Would call anything out like that to your dealer.

The sensor in the front middle of the interior dash can sometimes be loose and cause noise, as reported by other owners. You can push on it to see if there's any play. First thing I'd check.

Absolutely shitty cruise control. My 1991 Si had better cruise control. The super slow crappy sounding infotainment is also garbage at this price point.

Same here, I have no issues with rattles/buzzes. I’d take it up with your dealer, especially if it can be easily reproduced.
