Question,

Do you guys think that 18x8.5 +32 will rub on an Eiback Prokit (Stock tire size) on an SI sedan? Trying to figure out if I can make Genisis Brembo's work with my current wheels + spacer without any rubbing or rolling.

From what I have read in other posts, I believe that it'll rub (especially with more than a driver in the seats) ... but I have no first hand experience with that set up.

Will a 17x9 +22 offset fit a 2019 Civic Si sedan? With 245/45/R17 tires?

Found some nice wheels and need to know if it will fit!?

Thanks

Question: Will there be any problems with 265/40R17 tires on 17x9 wheels with 40mm offset?
I have a '19 Si Coupe. Stock suspension. No plans or desire to lower the car.
Opinions on any issues with rubbing?

If anyone has the same (or similar) setup, I'd LOVE to see some pics.

Thank you, in advance.

May I ask.. why 265?.. what’s your purpose of having such wide tires??

I want to understand... since you’re not lowering the car..
Bigger tires may increase in traction but you will suffer in mpg and other factors.. unless you just want to have the title “265 club” or in that line

Nope, no interest in having any bragging rights to a "265 club"
A 265/40R17 is the same diameter as the stock 235/40R18 ... and that is the only reason.

Although it is mathematically the same diameter, I noticed (after very minimal research) that the 265/40R17 tire size is quite rare ... and PRICEY!
(I almost withdrew the question from the forum, but I'm still interested in other members thoughts and opinions)

They will fit just fine on the 235/40-18's that the STH/SH comes with stock, but if you don't get too aggressive with your lowering, you can get away with 245/40's, or 245/35's. The latter size runs up your mileage on the car a lot quicker though, so be forewarned! Nice looking wheels btw.
If you decide on the 245/40's, go with the Eibach Pro-Kit, great quality springs, you won't be disappointed.
