I have just ordered and fitted from Japan the Honda Access genuine yellow LED fogs. I am very pleased with them and installation was very easy. Here are some pics....

I bought these Selective Yellow LED fog lights from IJDMToy

https://store.ijdmtoy.com/products/led-headlight-foglamp-40-005-gold

Then I just bought some yellow overlays from eBay and covered up the fog lights. They look incredible and imo better than the replacement Type R lights I saw in here.

^^ looks great, but how is the actual output compared to stock?

I’m looking into changing mine to yellow, but i want it to actually serve its purpose as well as look cool.

I have them fitted to my 2018 Sport Hatch. The standard fogs are clear/white and the JDM yellow are LED. To me they function better being LED as well as looking different.

I have just ordered a 2019 Sonic Grey Pearl 1.5T Sport Hatch and will be fitting the yellow ones to it. I think the yellow will look great against the grey paint. I'll also be fitting the US spec amber side markers in place of my clear Euro spec ones.

All in all I like to be different but use genuine parts. I'll post pictures when it arrives.

I have the sylvania h8 fog vision. I would go with the Oem yellow led but these are a lot cheaper. I have used other brands in the past and found that they did not age well. Either life span or the bulb heat would deform the glass eventually. This is sylvania Oem equivalent and works great.

Replacing my factory halogens with factory LEDS next Tuesday, I'm supplying the Lamin-x yellow covers in advance to make the install easier. Easier on the bench than on the car, also, probably better results.

Ordered Lamin-x in yellow for the fog lights myself. Wanted something thick to actually protect the lens, as the fogs seem to be breaking pretty easily for others. Also will be using Nokya 2500k bulbs or yellow LEDs.

For the headlights, I went with clear Suntek Ultra. Waiting for both of these to come in to install.

I ended up going with this set up. Looks pretty good in pics, and somewhat decent output.

Was considering just doing lamin-x with stock halogens, or yellow halogens and clear or yellow lamin-x, but I’ve heard, and seen YouTube vids where it will burn over time, and i don’t want to deal with the pain of removing it.

Yeah halogens do run much hotter than LEDs and HIDs, so definitely not a bad idea to go that route in this case too.

Been thinking about putting these on my Si for a while. Did you have to buy a harness as well or do they directly plug into the factory harness?

If you have standard halogen fog lamps then you will need the look kit. If however you have a FK8 Type R GT that comes with white LED lamps you only need to fit the yellow LED lamps>
