This probably applies to installing any strut tower bar so I figured I'd make a post with sizes and torque specs.

*Sorry not all sizes will be Metric*

First remove the nuts on the strut. They're size 14mm.
Put away the black ring plates as these will not be re-used.
Install Cusco or whatever strut tower bar.
Use factory nuts and torque them to 46 ft lbs.
The Cusco instructions say to tighten the strut nuts to 32 ft lbs but that seemed low so I went with factory specs.
Once those are torqued, torque the bolts on the strut bar itself to 42 ft lbs using a 11/16th socket and 5/16th Allen wrench.

You're all done.

You forgot that you have to park on a flat surface while doing this, I need to hurry up and install my Beatrush titanium strut bar.

Ah yes. Don't do this when your suspension's uneven lol that could be real bad but hopefully everyone's got enough sense to do it on a flat surface.

I wonder if you remove the alignment pins if it still fits properly since the shock is moved inwards

The Cusco bar is oblong, but the Beatrush is just a regular circle. I'm guessing removing the pins for the Beatrush may not work.

Exact same strut bar I got awhile back. I think it only cost me $130 or $140 when it was on sale. Just make sure the chrome nut in the Middle doesn't rub on the bar.

Any noticeable handling difference with strut tower bars on this car? Or is this more for looks? No judgement either way, just curious.

Mainly for looks. I don't think any car has ever had a lot of benefit from a strut bar.
