That’s a great idea. Only thing is it’s my wife’s car and she doesn’t want to put extra miles in it going here & there. She might change her mind (I hope).

Carvana said they would give me 26K for mine. Yeah right, I know I can get more. Yes it has been in two minor accidents but you literally cannot tell from looking at it. Only thing is damn rock chips everywhere.
When it comes to accidents people only care what the Carfax says. My '18 Murano I traded had a black piece of plastic on the bumper replaced ($117 with labor) because a cop bumped me at a stop light. Regardless how minor, I got shafted out of $2500 on my trade because of the "accident" on my Carfax

He is no dummy. Retired from a long employment with a well known tech company. I am sure he is doing just fine.
I guess it depends where you live. There are 109 used type Rs within 200 miles of me all 33 to 35k depending on year for sale. When dealers are selling them for that cant really expect more then 31 to 33 depending on year as a trade. Mine was a 17 they gave me 31 trade and have it for sale at 33,700. So they aint getting rich. People comimg in demanding 34 or 35k trade is unrealistic when they are selling them for 33. In my area anyway.
The reason their so cheap in your area is because of all the traffic!
