Update!

After bringing my car back to the dealership they kept the car for 3 days and replaced the "climate control control unit". They claimed it was malfunctioning which caused the codes. Picked the car up and drove it home no problem.

Well the next morning I'm driving to work and guess what happened 5 minutes in... ALL THE WARNING LIGHTS CAME BACK ON. On to round three! I'll update when they throw another part at it lol

[QUOTE = "Civic17siYAY, post: 564512, miembro: 22785"] ¡Actualización!

Hi there! So, what the solution? Who knows?
I have the same issue on my EX-T 2016.

I had similar problems (sans the emission system) with a 2019 Civic 1.8 E CVT.

TL;DR
The LEDs I installed in the rear brake lights and high mount brake light (3rd brake light) overloaded and popped the "Stop Light" fuse and caused ALL the errors in my case.

At around 1,043 km (~648 miles) errors for the electronic parking brake, brake system, brake hold, vehicle stability assist, power steering, and hill start assist came on while I was driving. Thankfully I was near my son's school and pulled over there. I shut the engine off and it wouldn't start. It would seem that that the car would not recognize that the brake pedal was depressed when pushing the start/stop button. Oddly enough, remote starting worked but the engine would shut off when I depressed the brake pedal and pressed the start/stop button.

After a tow to the dealership and a diagnostic test on the electrical system and ECU, it turns out the fuse for the "Stop Light" -- brake light and high mount brake light (3rd brake light) -- became overloaded and popped as a result of the LED lights I had installed in the rear brake lights and 3rd brake light. With warranty intact, the fuse was replaced with a spare and all the errors went away. 'drove home and switched back to the stock bulbs.

I just wanted to contribute to this thread with my experience when I had the SUDDEN total system failure as described in the initial post that included the emission system, brake system problem, brake hold problem, vs a problem, Hill start assist problem, and power steering problems.

On one of these occasions, I was driving on the freeway at around 110 km per hour and suddenly all of the lights popped up and I lost throttle dangerously forcing me to coast to a stop on the shoulder. Thankfully there was no traffic and there were no accidents caused.

all of these occurred approximately one week, that included six days of driving after I installed HID kits for the fog lights as I wanted to have a brighter fog light beam that was 3000k. I chose this route because I had old HID kits lying around and wanted to make use of them. However, this meant that the ballasts that I used we're very old and as a result probably resulted in voltage / current issues with the canbus system of the car resulting in a total system failure.

Since my system failure occurred after the HID install, today I decided to revert back to the old halogen fog lights and disconnected the hid system from the regular wiring harness. Immediately after this change and starting up the car, all warning lights went away without any OBD2 resetting. No fuses were set off on inspection.

Stupid me, will not be retrofitting anything old in this car anymore. Lesson learned. new cars need new tech.

Yesterday we picked up a 2016 Civic EX 2.0 from a dealer. I know we bought in a price bubble, but my wife's other car blew a head, so we needed a car. Y'all will be glad to know your car is worth more this year than in the past several years. So, on the way home I dropped my wife in at IKEA and I hung with the car to set up the phone, radio, lights, etc. After about 20 minutes of idling the motor died and the following lights came on.
  • Brake System Problem
  • Brake Hold System Problem
  • Power Steering System (EPS) Problem
  • Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) Problem
  • Hill Start Assist Problem
This was about 30 minutes after we had signed away all the dealer's (expensive) proposals for ongoing maintenance. Of course my heart sank at first, but I quickly assumed there was one rogue sensor gone bad that triggered the flood of warning lights. I drove the car around the parking lot to see if anything seemed to be wrong. It seemed fine, so we drove it the final 10 miles home. About 5 minutes later I found this topic. The first several "solutions" didn't seem right, but there was something about disconnecting the battery that looked most promising. I pulled the negative cable and reinstalled. Problem solved (???). So just like my phone, when all seems lost, pull the battery and restart.

While pulling the battery cable I noticed the battery tie-down clamp was dangling. I mean WTF?? It was wobbling around inside the battery case which was not tied down. So if I was rating the dealer on prep work, they just lost some stars. The battery was new so I'm assuming what happened was it wasn't fully charged, and my idling in the parking lot drained more than it charged until the low voltage (sensor) triggered the flurry of warnings. I drove it across town and back to charge the battery and no lights came on.

My takeaway from this is that if you get a sudden flurry of lights, first thing is to note what you were doing with the car at the time. If you were idling, then R&R the battery cable and have your battery and alternator checked. If you were driving, I'd head straight to have the battery checked.

On my 2018 Civic EXT I have had this issue for 2 months plus. I have fixed it for days, or even weeks, but it keeps coming back. Removing the battery cables to clear the faults fixed it for a couple days. I replaced the battery but the issue came back. Removing the 4 wire plug on top of the turbo and plugging it back in it fixed it for almost 2 weeks. If it is a low voltage issue why doesn't a low voltage message pop up instead of 5 or 6 scrolling errors on the dash? The OBD codes that are detected at this time are P0035 which is a Turbo valve fault or some such. I don't know if the OBD codes are even related to the scrolling errors on the dash. What a bunch of BS.
This must be a Honda software issue but of course they act like the don't know WTF is going on.
I bought a Honda Civic to have reliable transportation not a months long error that no one can fix.
