Wish I had the money and lived closer, does this exhaust drone like crazy or good sound and how does it change with hi flow cat and front pipe?

Ill be honest, I have heard several different exhausts on type Rs and they all drone to some degree. Honda had three resonators on it for a reason. To get the aftermarket sound people want well you gotta remove resonators and guess what... drone comes with that. Now this exhaust does have mild drone at highway speeds. Its at a level that it will bother some and others will say what drone? Its all subjective. The only time it bothers me is under load like going up a hill with air on and at high rpm. My girlfriend on the other hand says she hardly notices it. Again the way exhausts sound is music to one and crap to others LOL. so can i give you a straight up answer.. no not really. I think it sounds great and is why I have one on my R. Once I added the front pipe it sounded softer deeper in my opinion. high flow cat.. no idea I dont have one on. I do hve a throttle controller and a tune. I can tell you at 70 on the highway in comfort with my controller set to eco you barely notice it at all. If you get on it in low speed ,high rpm like going through a tunnel or whatever it sounds like a indy car. I love it. Watch the video I made, my friend said that its the closest to what it sounds like in real life. but gotta do headphones to hear a cell phone speaker wont cut it.
To be honest im surprised this has lasted this long. I guess its the shipping thing. no one close enough to pick it up and no one wanting to pay shipping. At 1000.00 and with 200-250 in shipping its still 400 cheaper then new so...
if I would have said 1200.00 free shipping it would have sold in a week. People get hung up on that shipping, thanks Amazon.

I am also open to local trades for a full set of OEM wheels as well. Trade the exhaust for the wheels straight up.

This exhaust is used for about roughly 2k miles. Absolutely great shape no scratches, dings or dents and has all parts. Already have a aFe on my car and love it this is a spare.

Awesome but um not sure how we would do a trade being on opposite side of the country. We would both eat it on shipping. Meeting halfway is not really an option for me LOL
